Welcome

We believe that every child matters. We strive to provide meaningful opportunities for all children to grow into well-rounded young people.  We encourage every family to work closely with the school and to engage in school events.

There has been a school in Wendover since 1524.  The old school building near the Clock Tower served as the village school from 1869 until we moved into the present building in October 1974.  Recently extended, our new facilities comprise of 16 classrooms and a number of other working spaces - including shared areas at both the north and south end.  Our school hall is used for daily worship, school lunches, PE and performances.  We have a well stocked library and each year group has access to laptops and ipads to support learning.  Outside areas include a new adventure trail, multi use games area and peace garden.  We are currently refurbishing a number of areas of the school - inside and out.
