Our Mission Statement

Our inclusive learning community is based on a foundation of Christian values,
where everyone is given the opportunity to develop his or her potential academically,
creatively, socially, spiritually and for the challenges of an ever-changing world.

We believe that Every Child Matters. We promote the academic, spiritual, moral, cultural, social and physical development of all children in the school, in close co-operation with you as their parents.

There has been a school in Wendover since 1524.  The old school building near the Clock Tower served as the village school from 1869 until we moved into the present building in October 1974.

The building, which is all on one level, is built in traditional brick and slate and is sited with lovely views of the Chiltern Hills on all sides.  We have the advantage of our own Nature Reserve adjoining our extensive playing fields and also the Peace Garden which has been developed over the last few years.

The school has a North End and South End which are separated by our hall.    Each end accommodates up to 180 children and has six classrooms and a shared Resource Area with well stocked library areas in both ends.  We also have access to a Studio and an ICT suite with 30 computers.

Parents are very welcome to visit the school by prior appointment.
